Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
Monitor and assess newborns' vital signs and clinical condition.
Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
Assist with neonatal procedures and emergency interventions.
Operate and monitor NICU equipment, including incubators, ventilators, infusion pumps, and phototherapy units.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
Educate and support parents regarding neonatal care and breastfeeding.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare specialists for patient management.
Participate in quality improvement activities and continuous nursing education.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and nursing protocols.

Qualifications
GNM or B.Sc. Nursing

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
