About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations and long-term financial planning of the Group. The CFO will serve as a key member of the leadership team, driving financial performance, governance, compliance, and business growth while ensuring the organization's financial stability and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Oversee accounting, taxation, auditing, treasury, and statutory compliance functions.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the Board and senior management.




Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency.
Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Implement robust internal controls and risk management frameworks.
Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team across the Group.

Qualifications & Skills
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
5–10 years of experience in finance leadership roles.
Solid knowledge of corporate finance, taxation, audit, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to manage complex financial operations and business growth initiatives.
