Handle day-to-day communication with clients and respond to their requirements.
Prepare and share rough quotations / price quotations as per company guidelines.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchase, Stores and Accounts for customer requirements.
Enter and update enquiries, quotations, orders and customer details in ERP.
Follow up with clients for enquiries, quotations, orders and required information.
Coordinate order status, dispatch updates and delivery-related communication with clients.
Maintain proper sales records and prepare basic reports in MS Excel.
Handle emails, documentation and routine sales coordination activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
