Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
Monitor and maintain LT panels, DG sets, UPS, transformers, and distribution boards.
Attend electrical faults, wiring issues, lighting, switches, sockets, and MCB replacement.
Maintain pumps, water supply systems, plumbing fixtures, and sanitary fittings.
Support HVAC equipment including AHU, FCU, ventilation, and split AC units.
Perform routine inspection of utility equipment and record meter readings.
Respond to client complaints and complete maintenance requests within SLA.
Maintain daily checklists, PPM records, logbooks, and maintenance reports.
Coordinate with OEM vendors during servicing and annual maintenance activities.
Follow safety procedures, Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO), and use appropriate PPE.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
