We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to assist in supervising and coordinating construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring day-to-day work, coordinating labour and subcontractors, checking quality, and ensuring that construction progresses according to approved drawings and schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
Monitor masonry, concreting, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, and finishing works.
Ensure site activities are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams.
Check dimensions, levels, alignments, and workmanship at site.
Monitor material usage and inform the project team about material requirements.
Assist in maintaining daily work progress reports and site records.
Monitor project timelines and communicate any delays or site issues.
Assist with quantity measurements and verification of completed works.
Ensure required quality standards are maintained.




Support snagging and rectification works prior to project handover.
Ensure basic health and safety procedures are followed at the site.

Required Skills
Basic understanding of civil construction practices.
Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
Understanding of construction materials and workmanship standards.
Knowledge of measurements, levels, and quantity calculations.
Valuable site coordination and communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Office.
AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage.
Willingness to travel and work at different project locations.

Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related qualification.

Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of construction-site experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
