AssociateAssociate Customer Support (Chat Process)

Mandate Experience: Minimum 9 months of relevant voice experience

Location: Embassy Galaxy Business Park, Sector 62, Noida

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 9 months of experience in a Chat Customer Support role.
Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills. (C1/C2 Proficiency).
Ability to resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced customer-centric setting.
Banking Customer Service experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:​
Handle customer interactions through chat support channels.
Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.




Deliver premium customer experience by ensuring quick and accurate resolutions.
Adhere to quality and compliance standards.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.

Pay: ₹34,548.49 - ₹42,618.27 per month
