About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and research-focused Junior Research – R&D; professional to support the development and improvement of Vilvah's skincare and haircare products. The role involves ingredient research, formulation support, laboratory trials, testing, and R&D; documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in skincare and haircare product research, formulation trials, laboratory experiments, and testing.
Research cosmetic ingredients, raw materials, formulations, and industry trends to support product development.
Support stability testing, troubleshooting, and improvement of existing formulations.
Maintain accurate R&D; records,



reports, formulation details, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Procurement teams for product development activities.
Follow required quality, safety, and R&D; standards in all activities.

Requirements:
1–2 years of R&D; experience, preferably in Cosmetics, Skincare, Haircare, or related industries, with a degree only in Chemistry
Good understanding of cosmetic ingredients, formulations, and laboratory practices, with strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Robust documentation and attention to detail, with proficiency in basic MS Office applications.
Valuable communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced environment.
