● Diploma in Civil Engineering (or) Bachelor's in Civil Engineering

● Solid knowledge of systems and related software.

● Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Effective English communication and collaboration abilities.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

● Attention to details and accuracy in design documentation.

Roles and Responsibilities
Review architectural drawings, specifications, addendums, and RFIs.
Identify project scope, materials, and special requirements.
Verify the latest drawing revision before starting the takeoff.
Highlight missing information, discrepancies, or unclear details.
Clarify scope with the Project Manager or Estimation Coordinator when required
Perform detailed takeoffs from drawings.
Doors
Frames
Hardware
Panels
Accessories
Use estimation software/tools (Bluebeam, Excel,



or other platforms).
Ensure measurements follow company standards and methodology.
Maintain proper takeoff documentation.
Review hardware schedules and specifications.
Match hardware requirements with doors and frames.
Identify missing hardware and make reasonable assumptions if necessary.
Ensure compatibility of hardware with door types.
Follow company hardware standards and manufacturer guidelines.
