A Collection Officer is responsible for collecting loan repayments, savings, and other dues from customers within the assigned area. The officer should visit customers regularly, follow up on pending payments, maintain accurate collection records, and ensure timely deposit of collected amounts. They should communicate politely with customers, inform them about due dates and outstanding amounts, and report daily collection details to the Branch Manager. The officer should also support customer service and other field activities as required.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
