Role: Business Development Associate (BDA) – Spa Category
Location: Mumbai (Work From Office)
Work Schedule: 6 days/week
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate walk-ins for Partner Onboarding (OB).
Generate current leads and collect referrals from existing partners.
Manage and resolve day-to-day operational challenges for the category.
Build robust relationships with partners and support them throughout the onboarding process.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
Fluency in Hindi and English.
Must possess a personal laptop.
Prior experience in cold calling, sales, or related domains preferred.
Salary:
₹25,000–₹27,000/month
(Based on interview & prior experience)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
