B2B Sales Executive

Jamaica Craft Café is looking for a B2B Sales Executive to drive corporate and business sales and build strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent B2B leads through calls, networking, references, and market visits.
Develop relationships with corporates, hotels, restaurants, offices, event companies, and institutions.
Promote corporate orders, catering, bulk orders, events, and other F&B; offerings.
Conduct client meetings, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Track leads, client follow-ups, sales pipeline, and conversions.
Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Business Development.
Experience in F&B;,



Hospitality, Catering, FMCG, or related industries is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and confident in client handling.
Positive networking and lead-generation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
