We are looking for a confident, well-presented, and customer-friendly Sales Executive to join our jewellery brand. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in-store.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
Explain product features, designs, pricing, and offers clearly.
Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Assist customers throughout the purchase process.
Maintain proper product display and store presentation.
Coordinate with the team regarding stock and customer requirements.
Handle billing and basic sales documentation when required.
Follow up with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.

Requirements




Candidates preferred/required based on the brand's customer-facing role.
0–3 years of experience in jewellery, fashion, retail, or sales.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Well-presented, confident, and pleasant personality.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused approach.
Valuable persuasion and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Basic computer and WhatsApp skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Knowledge of jewellery products will be an added advantage.
