Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Handle customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable tile/product suggestions.
Lead and supervise showroom sales staff.
Achieve monthly sales targets and improve overall showroom performance.
Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into sales.
Maintain product displays, samples, catalogues, and showroom presentation.
Coordinate with suppliers, dealers, architects, contractors, and customers.
Handle billing, payments, sales reports, and basic documentation.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and new customers.

Requirements:
Previous experience in tiles, sanitaryware, building materials,



interior products, or showroom sales preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Leadership and team-management abilities.
Basic knowledge of computers, billing, and MS Excel.
Target-oriented, confident, and responsible.
Minimum 1 years of relevant experience preferred.
