Role Overview
We are looking for a cheerful and proactive Food & Beverage Associate to be part of our cafe team. The role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensuring smooth, effective service from order taking to final service.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with guests and ensure a warm and pleasant cafe experience.
Take orders, serve food and beverages, and attend to guest requests.
Assist in preparing basic beverages and food items as per cafe standards.
Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene across the cafe.
Operate the POS system and handle billing and payments.
Coordinate with the kitchen and team members for timely service.
Replenish supplies and assist with daily cafe setup and closing activities.
Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues when required.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
