Handle customer queries and resolve issues.
Provide product/service information to customers.

Handle inbound calls.

No leave requirement for the next 90 days.
Rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Duty time: 9.5 hours between 4:00 PM – 10:30 AM.
5 working days + 2 rotational week-offs.
Salary: ₹27,000 CTC | ₹22,000 In-hand
Bonus: ₹2,500
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
