Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works closely with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and optimize functionality. Continuous monitoring and adaptation to changing needs are integral to the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.




Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team and across projects.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of application capabilities with business objectives.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
Experience in configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications.
Solid understanding of application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
Familiarity with low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
Ability to manage release cycles and ensure system stability and performance.
Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and provide effective solutions.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
