Job Responsibilities:
Counsel students and understand their educational and career goals.
Provide information about courses, programs, fees, and career prospects.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Convert enquiries into admissions by providing suitable course guidance.
Maintain student enquiry and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams.
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
Provide regular updates on lead status and conversions.
Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing and counselling abilities.
Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Minimum 3 months experience in similar job prefered.
work time - 10am to 6pm - [2nd and 4th sat off]
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
