Import & Export Operations Executive

We are looking for an experienced Import & Export Operations Executive to handle day-to-day EXIM operations, documentation, shipment coordination, customs clearance, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Import & Export Operations.
Prepare and verify import/export documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), Airway Bill (AWB), Bill of Entry (BOE), Shipping Bill, and other related documents.
Coordinate with customers, CHA, customs, shipping lines, freight forwarders, CFS, transporters, and other stakeholders.
Handle customs clearance and coordinate for timely shipment processing.
Manage shipping line/liner coordination, including booking, vessel schedules, BL-related activities, and shipment follow-up.
Coordinate with CFS/port and transporters for container movement, cargo clearance, and delivery.
Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
Follow up on ETA/ETD, container movement, delivery status, detention/demurrage, and other operational matters.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all EXIM documentation.




Maintain shipment records and prepare operational reports.
Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth movement of import/export shipments.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable customs/EXIM requirements.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of Import & Export Operations and Documentation.
Knowledge of Customs Clearance, CHA, CFS, Shipping Lines, and Freight Forwarding.
Valuable customer coordination and communication skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines.

Qualification

Any Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Shipping, International Trade, or a related field.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in Import & Export, Freight Forwarding, CHA, Shipping, or Logistics Operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
