About the role:

We are looking for a responsible and organised Junior HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR activities. The role will involve employee coordination, HR documentation, attendance, recruitment support, and maintaining HR records.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
Manage attendance, leaves, and employee records.
Assist with recruitment, interviews, and onboarding.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Handle joining and exit formalities.
Coordinate payroll inputs and employee-related information.
Ensure company HR policies and processes are followed.
Coordinate with management and the central HR team on HR-related matters.

Required Skills & Experience:
1–3 years of experience in HR.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.




Basic knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Positive organisational and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle employees and HR responsibilities independently.
Prior experience in BPO/IT/ITES will be an advantage.
