Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will handle company-provided leads, speak with prospective buyers, explain property projects, generate interest, and schedule site visits.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
Explain project details, location, pricing, offers and payment plans.
Understand customer requirements, budget and property preferences.
Identify and qualify interested customers.
Follow up regularly with potential buyers.
Schedule and confirm site visits for the sales team.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and lead conversion.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and site-visit targets.

Requirements




12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Freshers can apply; real estate/telecalling experience is an advantage.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Hindi communication required; basic English preferred.
Confident, energetic and target-oriented.
Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
Comfortable making regular calls and follow-ups.
