Track shipments, manage documentation, and resolve operational issues/delays.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate bookings, schedules, cut-offs, and delivery requirements.
Prepare shipment reports, update ERP systems, and maintain accurate records.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
