Revenue & Productivity
Achieve monthly revenue and productivity targets.
Maximize treatment room utilization.
Support team in achieving overall spa revenue goals.

KPI: Revenue target achievement %, Room utilization rate
Grooming & Skilled Conduct




Maintain qualified appearance, punctuality, and discipline.
Deliver courteous and consistent service to all guests.
Exhibit teamwork and a positive attitude.

KPI: Grooming compliance, Attendance, Manager feedback
Training & Reporting
Attend all training sessions and implement current techniques.
Maintain treatment logs and product usage records accurately.
Assist in inventory management and monthly reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
