Key Responsibilities
Conduct product demonstrations for Smart Locks, Vacuum Cleaning Robots, and Window Cleaning Robots.
Educate customers about product features, perks, operation, and maintenance.
Assist customers with mobile app setup, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity, and basic troubleshooting.
Explain installation procedures and usage guidelines.
Support sales teams in converting product demonstrations into sales opportunities.
Participate in retail store promotions, exhibitions, roadshows, and customer events.
Collect customer feedback and escalate product-related concerns when required.
Maintain demo inventory and ensure products remain in excellent working condition.
Stay updated on recent smart home technologies and market trends.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong customer engagement and interpersonal abilities.
Basic knowledge of smart home devices,



mobile applications, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and IoT products.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Quick learner with a positive and energetic attitude.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications
Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
Experience in Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, Home Automation, Smart Security, or Retail Sales.
Prior experience in conducting product demonstrations or customer training.
Knowledge of smart locks, robotic vacuum cleaners, or home automation products is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
