Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern – Telecaller to support our HR and recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls to potential candidates, explaining job opportunities, conducting initial screening, and coordinating interviews.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to candidates regarding available job prospects.
Explain job roles, responsibilities, eligibility criteria, salary, and company details to candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
Understand candidates' qualifications, experience, availability, and job preferences.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and the HR/recruitment team.
Maintain accurate records of candidate information and call details.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining dates.
Handle candidate queries professionally and provide appropriate information.




Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
Support the HR team with recruitment-related activities and documentation.
Meet daily/weekly calling and recruitment targets.

Required Skills
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
Valuable interpersonal and convincing skills.
Ability to handle multiple candidates and follow-ups.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good time-management and organizational skills.
Telugu and English communication skills preferred.
