Operations oversight: Manage daily receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping processes
Staff Leadership: Assign daily tasks, train team members, and monitor employee productivity
Inventory Control: Track stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety rules, inspect equipment, and maintain a clean facility
.Process Optimization: Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track data and improve workflow efficiency.
