Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer who can develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for precision machining operations. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of CNC machines, tooling, cutting parameters, and technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities
Create and modify CNC programs for machining components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and machining parameters.
Set and optimize cutting speed, feed, depth of cut, and tool paths.
Perform program simulation, prove-out, and necessary corrections.
Troubleshoot machining/programming issues and reduce cycle time.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of machined components.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Tool Room teams.
Maintain CNC programs and ensure proper documentation.
Follow safety,



quality, 5S, and company procedures.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.;
Knowledge of cutting tools and machining parameters.
Knowledge of CNC machine setup and troubleshooting.
Valuable problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in manufacturing/automotive components will be preferred.

Educational Qualification

ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in CNC programming/machining.

Pay: ₹12,339.11 - ₹35,000.00 per month
