We are looking for a smart, presentable, and well-mannered customer relations executive to join hospitality team. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, handling enquiries, providing assistance, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and other communication channels.

Interact with customers professionally and provide accurate information.

Understand customer requirements and assist them accordingly.

Handle incoming and outgoing calls effectively.

Maintain valuable relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and concerns.

Follow up with customers when required.

Maintain basic records of customer interactions and enquiries.





Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner.

Requirements:

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with a background in Hospitality or Hospital Administration are also eligible.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English.

Excellent call conversation skills.

Smart, presentable, and well-groomed personality.

Well-mannered and customer-oriented.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Salary: ₹18,000 + Incentives
