Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, Instagram and other platforms.
Call and follow up with wedding photography and videography leads.
Understand client requirements, wedding dates, venues and budget.
Explain photography, videography and wedding package options to clients.
Prepare and share quotations with prospective clients.
Follow up regularly with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the photography team when required.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and booking status.
Develop new leads through social media, referrals, wedding planners, venues and other sources.
Promote the company’s wedding photography and videography services.
Coordinate with the marketing team for Instagram, Facebook,
Google and other promotional activities.
Maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Coordinate with the operations team after confirmation to ensure smooth client handover.
Preferred Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills
Fluent in English and Tamil
Customer friendly and skilled approach
Positive follow-up and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp Business
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
