SEO InternAbout the Role

We are looking for a motivated SEO Intern to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of both On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO and be eager to learn search engine optimization strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.

ResponsibilitiesOn-Page SEO
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and URLs.
Monitor and improve website SEO performance.
Assist in content optimization according to SEO best practices.
Identify and fix basic on-page SEO issues.
Support internal linking and website structure optimization.

Off-Page SEO
Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and link-building activities.
Submit websites to relevant directories, business listings, and forums.
Perform competitor backlink analysis.
Assist in guest posting and content promotion activities.
Monitor backlink profiles and off-page SEO performance.

Requirements




Basic understanding of SEO concepts and Google ranking factors.
Knowledge of On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO techniques.
Familiarity with keyword research tools and SEO tools is a plus.
Understanding of Google Search Console and Google Analytics is preferred.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team workplace.

Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of HTML and WordPress.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or Moz.
Understanding of content marketing and digital marketing concepts.
