The Customer Service Associate (CSA) is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, handling billing/POS transactions, maintaining outlet standards, and supporting smooth day-to-day outlet operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, qualified service.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Operate POS and billing systems and handle cash/digital payments.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely order preparation and delivery.
Ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Follow company SOPs,
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
