Role & responsibilities
5 years Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro (Mandatory)
Experience in ELP (Effective License Position) creation , SLC ( software licensing )
Strong experience in:
Software Asset Management (SAM)
License reconciliation, compliance, and audit support
Positive data analysis and reporting skills
Vendor licensing exposure (e.g., Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, VMware)
Additional Notes:
Certifications are not mandatory (Positive to have)
Candidates should be open to hybrid work (one day WFO per week)
Preferred locations: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Noida and Gurugram.
Should be versatile to work in US shift timings
