About the Role

We are looking for a Project Management Trainee – Business Analysis & Product Support to join our team.

This role is ideal for a fresher who is interested in Project Management, Business Analysis and Software Products. You will work closely with Project Managers, Developers, QA teams and customers, gaining hands-on experience across software projects and products.

Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with project coordination, task tracking, follow-ups and documentation.
Understand customer requirements and prepare BRDs, user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
Communicate with customers to clarify requirements and understand issues.
Conduct market and competitor research and prepare feature comparisons and recommendations.
Respond to customer support queries for our applications and coordinate with Development/QA teams to resolve issues.
Prepare and maintain FAQs, user guides, support documents and release notes.




Assist with meetings, action items, project updates and other day-to-day PM activities.

Good to Have
Basic understanding of SDLC, software testing or web applications.
Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira.
Basic understanding of Shopify or e-commerce platforms.

Qualification

B.Tech, MCA, BBA / MBA.
