ServiceNow Business Analyst - Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements for HAM processes.
Analyze and improve asset lifecycle management (procurement, deployment, repair, RMA, disposal).
Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Support ServiceNow HAM implementation and enhancements.
Perform UAT testing and coordinate issue resolution.
Develop reports, dashboards, and compliance metrics.
Ensure IT Asset Management governance and process compliance.

Skill Requirements
5+ years of ServiceNow HAM experience.
Robust knowledge of ITAM, HAM, CMDB, and ITSM.
Experience with inventory, stockroom, asset tracking, and RMA processes.
Requirements gathering and stakeholder management expertise.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
