Job Summary

Eduflair Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Study Abroad Head to lead our Study Abroad division, manage the sales team, drive student enrolments, and achieve overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the Study Abroad sales team.
Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and team performance.
Drive student enrolments, revenue, and overall business growth.
Manage leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales pipelines.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Monitor individual and team performance and take corrective actions when required.
Coordinate with Marketing and Processing teams to ensure smooth student conversions and application flow.
Identify current market opportunities and stay updated on Study Abroad trends.
Prepare and review regular sales performance reports.
Ensure the team maintains strong student relationships and provides a high-quality counselling experience.





Requirements
10+ years of experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education sales.
Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and student enrolments.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Strong knowledge of the international education and Study Abroad industry.
Ability to develop strategies and drive business growth.
Robust analytical, planning, and team-management skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
