About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Backend Operations & Social Media Intern to join our team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day office operations, maintain records, support the visa processing team, and manage social media activities to improve our online presence.

Responsibilities:Backend Operations:
Maintain and update client records and databases.
Assist the team with documentation and file management.
Coordinate with team members for application processing and status updates.
Prepare reports and maintain operational records.
Support administrative and office-related tasks.

Social Media:
Create and schedule posts for social media platforms.
Assist in designing basic creatives, reels, and promotional content.
Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries when required.
Research trending topics, hashtags, and content ideas.
Help in growing the company's online presence and brand awareness.

Requirements:




Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with Canva or basic graphic design tools will be an added advantage.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team setting.
