We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence in Pharmaceutical testing, Laboratory services, and NABL-accredited testing solutions.The role requires solid team handling capabilities, technical knowledge of regulatory compliance, and a proven track record of B2B sales in the healthcare, pharma, and clinical lab sectors.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Handling:

Lead, mentor, and track performance of the sales team to achieve regional targets.

B2B Sales: Drive sales for specialized Pharma and NABL-accredited laboratory testing services.

Client Acquisition: Onboard current pharma companies, biotech firms, and R&D; labs.

Account Management: Maintain relationships with QA/QC Heads and Purchase Managers.





Compliance Sales: Pitch NABL (ISO 17025) and GMP-compliant testing solutions effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: B.Sc / M.Sc (Science/Pharma) or B.Pharma / M.Pharma. MBA is a plus.

Experience: 5+ years in Pharma/Lab sales, with 2+ years of handling a sales team.

NABL Expertise: Valuable understanding of NABL standards and pharmaceutical regulations.

Core Skills: Strong team leadership, B2B negotiation, and client relationship management.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
