Key Responsibilities:
Contact and counsel prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Understand students' educational background, career interests, and professional goals.
Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, learning outcomes, certifications, and career opportunities.
Recommend relevant skill-based training programs based on the student's requirements.
Handle student and parent queries and address objections related to fees, course value, duration, career prospects, and competition.
Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a healthy admission pipeline.
Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments and achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counseling interactions, and conversions in the CRM.
Coordinate with the academic, operations, and support teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
Participate in calling campaigns, webinars, seminars, walk-in counseling,



and other admission activities.
Stay updated on course offerings, industry trends, and competitor programs.
Collect feedback from students and prospects to help improve the admissions process.

Strong counseling and consultative selling ability.
Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Valuable objection-handling and negotiation skills.
Solid follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Target-driven and comfortable working in a sales environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office/Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business.
Ability to confidently explain technical or skill-based courses in straightforward language.
Strong persuasion, listening, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
