Configuration: Set up network connections, IP addressing, storage retention policies, and third-party security software.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix issues with blurry feeds, faulty wiring, power failures, or broken recording hardware.
Maintenance: Run regular tests, clean camera lenses, and install software or firmware updates.
Client Support: Explain system operations to users and train staff on how to view footage and manage equipment.
Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Clean camera lenses clouded by industrial dust or soot, adjust camera angles, and replace worn-out power supplies, switches, or faulty hardware components.
Integration with Plant Safety Systems:



Connect surveillance feeds with automated alarm systems, fire detection triggers, and access control points (like boom barriers at heavy-vehicle gates)
