We are seeking a results-driven Relationship Manager to acquire and manage relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, corporate clients, wealth managers, and institutional investors.

The role involves understanding clients’ financial goals and recommending suitable wealth products, including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, fixed-income products, unlisted shares, pre-IPO investments, insurance, and other investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Acquire recent clients through networking, referrals, and market outreach.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Understand clients’ financial goals, investment preferences, and risk appetite.
Recommend suitable wealth and investment products.
Explain product benefits, risks, returns, liquidity, and suitability.
Support clients with onboarding, documentation, transactions, and post-investment servicing.
Conduct portfolio reviews and suggest diversification opportunities.
Achieve individual and team revenue targets.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Stay updated on financial markets, IPOs, regulations, and investment prospects.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications




Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in wealth management, financial services, investment advisory, private equity, or unlisted equity distribution.
Valuable knowledge of capital markets and wealth management products.
Robust sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently.
High level of integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Existing network of HNI, UHNI, corporate, family office, or institutional clients.
Proven experience in client acquisition and revenue generation.
Experience handling high-value investment transactions.

Experience: 1+ Year

Working : Monday to Friday ( 9 AM to 6 PM ) And 1st 3rd and 5th Saturday working ( 9 AM to 4 PM )
CTC: 6 to 8 LPA (Depending on Experience)

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
