​Job Summary

​We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR practices, policies, and operations. In this role, you will act as a strategic link between management and employees, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance evaluation systems, and regulatory compliance. Our ideal candidate is a proactive leader with solid interpersonal skills and in-depth knowledge of labor laws and contemporary HR practices.

​Key Responsibilities
​Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and delivering offers. Design structured onboarding and orientation programs for current hires.
​Employee Relations & Workplace Culture: Bridge management and employee communication by addressing grievances, mediating conflicts, and conducting exit interviews. Drive initiatives to maintain high employee morale, engagement, and retention.
​Performance Management:



Implement and oversee annual or quarterly performance review systems that align individual objectives with company goals.
​Policy Development & Compliance: Formulate, update, and enforce company HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Ensure strict adherence to national and local labor laws and workplace regulations.
​Compensation & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits packages, leaves, and incentive schemes. Perform periodic salary benchmarks to ensure competitive market positioning.
​Training & Development: Identify organizational learning needs and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs.
​HRIS & Data Analytics: Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (HRIS). Track key HR metrics (turnover rate, time-to-hire, engagement scores) to present data-driven decision support to leadership.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
