Aspire Globus is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in freight brokerage hiring to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various freight brokerage and logistics roles.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
Post jobs on relevant recruitment platforms and use sourcing tools effectively.
Maintain recruitment records and track hiring progress.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in HR Recruitment, preferably in freight brokerage/logistics hiring.
Robust understanding of recruiting techniques and sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment/ATS tools.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
