Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Store Manager to manage store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations.
Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
Ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain store cleanliness, grooming, and visual merchandising standards.
Monitor stock and ensure proper stock handling.
Manage staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions.
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of retail experience.
Minimum qualification is plus two
Positive leadership and communication skills.
Solid customer-handling ability.
Target-oriented and responsible.
Basic computer knowledge.
Salary: 15000-20000
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
