We are looking for a results-driven Technology Recruiter with 6 months to 3 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, engaging, and closing technology professionals across a range of technical skills and experience levels.

Role & responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding and candidate sourcing to offer follow-up and joining.
Work closely with account managers and client stakeholders to understand technical requirements, mandatory skills, experience expectations, compensation ranges, and target organisations.
Source candidates using job portals, skilled networks, internal databases, referrals, and other relevant channels.
Build advanced Boolean and keyword-based search strings to identify candidates with niche and specialised technology skills.
Demonstrate advanced-level proficiency in platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, and other recruitment databases.
Screen candidates for technical relevance, career stability, communication skills, compensation, notice period, location preferences, and overall suitability.
Conduct structured preliminary interviews and prepare accurate candidate assessment notes.




Present qualified and interested candidates to clients within agreed timelines.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the selection process.
Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate status updates, and activity records in the organisations ATS or recruitment tracker.
Develop talent pipelines for recurring, niche, and business-critical technology requirements.
Achieve defined productivity and outcome metrics related to resume submissions, client submissions, interviews, offers, and successful joiners.
Ensure a skilled and consistent candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.

Preferred candidate profile
6 months to 3 years of hands-on experience in technology recruitment.
Robust experience hiring for IT services organisations, product companies, digital businesses, or Global Capability Centres
Demonstrated ability to recruit for technology roles across experience levels
Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities in a target-driven environment.
High level of ownership, discipline, attention to detail, and execution focus.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, ATS platforms, or recruitment management systems.
