Greet and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Demonstrate product features, quality, pricing, and customization options.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewellery collections, gemstones, precious metals, and current market trends.
Handle billing, payments, and related sales documentation accurately.
Preferred candidate profile :- We prefer candidates with experience in the jewelry industry or other luxury retail brands.
