Seeking a hands-on Technical System Analyst (7+ years) to support SaaS platform upgrades, setting provisioning, deployment, troubleshooting, and production rollouts for investment management clients.
Key Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end SaaS upgrades across client settings.
Configure, deploy, validate, and support go-live activities.
Troubleshoot application, batch, integration, and performance issues.
Perform root-cause analysis and work with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Must-Have Skills
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server and/or Sybase.
Knowledge of batch processing, job scheduling, and system integrations.
Infrastructure fundamentals (servers, OS, monitoring tools).
