Role & responsibilities
Own brand strategy and positioning. Define and maintain our positioning, messaging framework, and voice. Make sure they hold up across the website, product, sales decks, and campaigns.
Run integrated campaigns end to end. Concept, brief, budget, timeline, launch, and measurement across [paid social, OOH, video, partnerships, events, email].
Steward the creative. Write and give briefs that creative teams actually want to work from. Review work with a transparent point of view and defend the good stuff.
Manage the brand system. Guidelines, asset library, templates, and the day-to-day governance that keeps a growing team on-brand without becoming a bottleneck.
Partner across the business. Support product launches with go-to-market messaging, arm sales with materials that land, and keep the team aligned on what the brand stands for.
Measure what matters. Track brand health, awareness, and campaign performance. Bring a transparent read on what worked, what didn't, and what you'd change.




Manage budget and vendors. Own an annual budget and the agency and freelance partners who help deliver against it.

Preferred candidate profile
Ample years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or a comparable role at a [brand/agency/startup]
A portfolio of campaigns you can walk us through: what the problem was, what you did, and what happened
Strong writing. You can turn a fuzzy strategic idea into a brief, a headline, or a positioning statement that other people can act on
Real experience giving creative direction and working with designers, writers, and production partners
Comfort with brand measurement; you know the difference between a metric that proves something and one that just looks positive in a deck
The ability to move between strategy and execution without waiting for someone to tell you which one the moment calls for
