Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
Manage accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.
Monitor project/site accounts, contractor bills, and vendor payments.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and statutory authorities.
Ensure timely monthly closing and accurate accounting records.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, budgets, and financial controls.
Supervise and guide the accounts team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Preferred candidate profile
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and team management skills.
Experience in EPC/Construction/MEP industry will be preferred.
