We are looking for a performance-driven Ads Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. You’ll be responsible for driving qualified leads, improving ROI, and scaling campaigns using data-backed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads
Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis
Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendations
Monitor daily performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
Implement A/B testing for ads, creatives, audiences, and funnels
Set up and manage tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and action plans
Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives
Stay updated with platform policies, algorithm changes, and ad trends

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
