JOB DUTIES
Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Handle customer enquiries, bookings and documentation.
Coordinate with drivers, staff and the operations team.
Handle local parcel pickups whenever required.
Assist with shipment handling and loading activities.
Maintain office records and daily reports.
Ensure proper office discipline and qualified conduct.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Support Management with day-to-day operational tasks.

REQUIREMENTS
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Responsible, punctual and well-organized.
Professional attitude and good interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in office administration, logistics or customer service will be an advantage.
