Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to generate leads and communicate with potential customers regarding private funding/financial solutions. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, explaining available funding options, and coordinating with the sales/finance team for further processing.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate funding/finance leads.
Understand customers' financial requirements and collect relevant information.
Explain available private funding/financial products clearly and professionally.
Follow up regularly with interested customers and maintain lead status.




Coordinate with the sales and finance teams for further processing of qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer details.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Ensure all customer communication follows company policies and applicable financial regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
